Just a Little About Us
Paws for a Cause is a club founded, run by, and made for teens in high school. Our intent is to help animals that have been rescued but are still in need of assistance. We volunteer our time and resources to animals at shelters in Arizona (Chandler-Tempe area).

We volunteer at animal rescue shelters and pet adoption events to help our local community. Our goal is for every member to volunteer at least 15 hours a year.

During meetings, we will explore topics such as facts about animals, pet first-aid, animal-related jobs, and much more!

We will be hosting a couple animal-themed activities for our members throughout the year. Examples include zoos, parks, safari mini-golf, nature hikes, and more! Plus there will be animal-themed snacks at all of the meetings!

Lost Our Home Pet Rescue
Lost Our Home is an amazing dog and cat rescue. Often times we will help the pets by painting trunks, making enrichment items, cleaning crates, laundry, counting boxes, or other random projects. For any questions about volunteering, adopting, or fostering click below for the website.
One Dog AZ
One Dog AZ is a local non-profit organization that rescues dogs and helps them find there fur-ever homes through adoption events. They also have dogs that need to be fostered. Saving One life rescue
Saving One Life (SOL) is an animal rescue that we work closely with. They do not have a center, are volunteer and foster-based, and are constantly in need of volunteers. In order to volunteer with SOL, you must attend a 1-hour training session, offered online or in-person and fill out the volunteer application.
Kitty pause kitty cafe
Kitty Pause Kitty Cafe is a cat cafe that works with SOL. You just need to be a trained volunteer for SOL in oder to volunteer here. You can sign up for shifts online once you become a SOL volunteer. If you have any questions, please contact us or a volunteer coordinator at Saving One Life!
